PVC-U has excellent material properties in a temperature range of 0°C up to +60°C. PVC-U systems guarantee the highest possible thermal stability and chemical resistance for the transport of media such as water, acids, oxidants, bases and salts and organic liquids. PVC-U is the oldest and most widely used plastic in the industry and installation technology. This widely applicable material is safe, efficient and reliable in use for various industrial applications.

PVC-C is a post-chlorinated PVC. PVC-C has a number of distinguishing features in comparison with PVC-U which lend significant added value to piping systems. The two most important and essential differences are:

- A higher temperature resistance of up to 80 °C;
- An excellent chemical resistance at high temperatures.

These two important additional features are combined with the favourable properties that are ascribed to PVC-U:

For years, Van de Lande was specialized in injection moulding PVC-U fittings and valves. The expertise gained in the field of PVC-U has been used later in our PVC-C program and is now being used again in a new field of application.

From now on, high-quality PE100 is also available, which is subjected to strict visual and functional checks like the rest of the Van de Lande program.
